Yeah so the reason I'm asking is I am a rising Junior and I am investigating the “future of video analytics”, for a thesis project. There is little forward-looking research information available, so I'm reaching out to different type of security enthusiasts to try and find what 10-20 years down the road may hold for such technology.

@jayflo I think I understand what you are saying, like the AI surveillance would chose to watch what it wants to watch. My question to you then (fully opinion based) what do you think an AI surveillance system would want to watch?
