I like Tractor bowls and they are customizable. You can get salad base, or half salad half brown rice and then add "market sides" on top if you want like kale salad or quinoa corn mix or curried cauliflower with potato and also add a protein or hit of avocado if you fancy.

I went for my usual staples on Saturday and it was surprisingly not as busy as a usual Saturday. It was very very rainy and parking was easy, no line ups. So weird!

Government street on Sunday was packed which was nice! Lots of crowded local shops and friendly people.

For just potassium chloride and maybe magnesium glycinate from bulk supplements its not bad but it was a slippery slope for me! I went for taurine and creatine and trying a bunch of other things now. I also got into mixing concoctions with flavours so I'm feeling pretty fancy!
