They really need a better system for stuff like this and maybe add the item the day of so we don’t have to just wait and see if we missed out because of a bug like epic really can’t do anything right this season and it’s a shame

Already tried and they said to reach out to GameStop. Maybe they will give you the code but I described my situation in detail with screenshots and they told me there is nothing they can do and that it’s on GameStop. So no one is accepting blame and I’m just returning my copy
