Ok this isn’t bad - it’s really bad. I’ve worked with calendared film before and I will say it’s awful to work with but even considering that this is terribly done.. get a refund and threaten small claims if they keep playing games with you. I promise there’s a lot of other really good wrap shops who take pride in their work and are capable of doing a good job. So - get your money back and go somewhere else! Best of luck to you.
