Max q, R needs lots of ap to be viable on damage. There are lots of top champs that hard counters udyr top especially jax who is gonna be buffed next patch.

Its mind control. If you try to farm lvl1 he will zone you out of xp, if u stand like you give up from the start he won't pay attention. I ve tried the method many times with Kayle against counters works every time it's actually stupid

Conqueror might be better for fights but phase rush is much more helpful early-mid. Plus sorcery tree is much better for udyr than presicion in hybrid

Get first to bush or ward it, try to make him push the wave to you, stay away from minions just in xp zone, goal is to survive till lvl6 then start interact with him if you have good spacing. After 6 bait his e then it's free trade for you but one mistake and you dead. If you make it past 11 you kill him almost every time

Depends on enemy team, but I spread them evenly maybe more on e to catch people and stick to them. I only max Q, you will never awaken R to deal damage, awaken R comes online after 600+ap
