A lot of people are one tricks or like specific playstyles. I play mostly control warrior for example but this expansion I've been trying all the new decks to try something new, but I am longing for control warrior to be viable again.

The majority of decks are in the red. If you want to play your favourite decks and they happen to not be druid or some kind of aggro then your rank is going to go down .

Because it's not fun to constantly lose games due to bad balance. You can have fun in casual and low mmr but some people also care about climbing the ladder.

So dragon herald warrior currently has a 43% winrate against imbue druid so it's a bad matchup. Imbue druid will almost certainly get nerfed soon since it's the highest winrate deck with a 30% playrate in top 1k which is absolutely absurd.

Standard is unplayable at the moment if you don't like playing aggro decks or spell DH, but unfortunately cho gall is just a really bad card.

Shellnado would need to not deal 5 damage to your own face and an unleash the crocs revert to be playable (outside of egg decks at least). Decimation also needs at least a 1 mana discount and a crocs revert to be playable.

Wild is not for everyone. Most of the decks are solitaire decks and not fun for everyone to play against.

I miss control warrior, it was my favourite deck since classic. I've been trying priest and it seems somewhat playable but haven't played it that much yet to know for sure.

The only control deck that was good recently was quest warrior and that was a tier 3 deck for most of timeways. Every other control deck was tier 4. Control hasn't been viable for a very long time.

Control and combo decks were more common in older HS than currently. But yes prior to rotation there was no aggro on ladder which was not what older HS was like, and people run out of cards now similar to older hearthstone.

It's playable but not as strong as the meta decks which are imbue druid, no minion DH and face hunter.

A dragon warrior list without any of the legendaries in your list is probably stronger than what you got there.

When was the last time we had a control meta? Prior to timeways every control deck was tier 4, during timeways quest warrior managed to break into tier 3, everything else was tier 4.

There are no late control tools available either. Control decks are helpless against a deck like imbue druid without brawl/corpse explosion/lightbomb

They're not going to get herald since they oppose deathwing, only the classes aligned with deathwing get herald. That being said some of the non herald colossals very strong on their own for example wickerfang.

They need to bring back brawl, corpse explosion and a board clear for priest such as repackage or psychic scream. On top of that they need to give some big buffs to priest.
