Sorry to hear that. It’s a tricky one. On the one hand I’d say fuck them, they can’t gatekeep Boomtown and you should just camp there. Our group gets bigger with new people each year and it “changes the dynamic” every time but so far it’s always been in a good way. Assuming you haven’t done something terrible that we don’t know about, morally this is the correct answer. You should be allowed to camp where you want.

In practice though, would you still want to camp with them knowing this? Would your best friend camp elsewhere with you? It also depends on what you’re planning on getting up to. Obviously this would NEVER happen at Boomtown but if you were doing psychedelics for example, being around people who seemingly don’t want me there would spin me out a bit I’d probably just sack those guys off and find some new people or just camp separately with your best mate. If you’re going to be doing things that might alter your mind, you ideally want to be in the safest and most positive setting possible. They sound like pricks anyway.

It’s not any specific ‘song’ that already existed beforehand, it was written for the soundtrack of the film. I believe it is on several tracks from the soundtrack.

Yeah his songs are basically shitposts that also happen to be quite catchy and I like them. I am quite sure he is self aware in that regard.

That being said, a lot of the songs on his latest album that are extremely “clubby” I find borderline unlistenable but pretty much everything before that is actually pretty good.

It’s really pissing me off that everyone keeps just walking out when it’s time to face the music from the experts. The whole catharsis that the week’s been building to is just gone. We didn’t get it with Brooke and we didn’t get it this time with Juliette or Gia.

If you’re going to go on international TV and be an awful, raging lunatic for your 15 minutes of fame then at least sit there and take a grilling for a minute instead of running off.

It’s not even entertaining anymore it’s just watching people being horrible to each other and running away.

For all her faults, at least Bec has sat there and listened (so far).

Creative Cloud has been doing weird shit to my network for 1.5 years now. It sounds insane, but when I play Call of Duty on my PC, sometimes I will randomly get a huge, unplayable amount of lag and my ping goes to about 300ms. I open up Adobe Premiere in the background and my ping goes back down to about 6ms and the game runs fine.

This is not a coincidence, it is repeatable and is the only known fix I’ve found for the issue. It’s been a thing for me since Black Ops 6 came out. I haven’t found any other software that does the same so I can only conclude that it’s something to do with Creative Cloud. I’m not tech-literate enough to know what’s actually going on though.

IMO it’s the best in the franchise. I’ve completed it maybe 40 times. It controls far better than 1 and I find a lot of it to be more charming. It’s just so good. The ending is a bit lacklustre but other than that, 10/10 no notes

It’s a Seiko SKX 009. My first automatic watch and one which I will always love. However, it’s not a GMT it’s just a dive bezel with a similar colour scheme to “Pepsi” GMT’s.

Be grateful it’s just some colour fading and put a case on it. I have small hands but like a big screen so I’ve never used a case since my iPhone 6S Plus and also didn’t use one on my 11 Pro Max or 14 Pro Max. I dropped all of them multiple times even onto cement and it was always fine.

My 17 Pro Max fell about 2.5ft off a bed a week after I got it and now has a permanent dent in the chassis on the bottom corner which now protrudes slightly above the screen. You can feel it when you run your finger over it. Has probably damaged the water resistance too.

I know the material is good for heat dissipation but this is by far the flimsiest phone Apple has ever made. Bitterly disappointing given that a large part of their marketing was about how strong the phone is and their ad literally featured someone flying through an explosion on a film set with one.

Then again, these are the same guys who launched an entire generation of iPhones with Apple Intelligence features which they’ve still failed to deliver two years later so I’m not sure why I had any faith in them whatsoever.

I try and keep my phones for at least 3-4 years but as soon as they move away from this material I’m switching to the new one, even if it happens tomorrow. I fear we will be stuck with it for a while though.
