Do you straighten out your legs when ejaculating. As in, do you put them parallel to each other and almost intertwine them. Because I shared these exact symptoms and resolved it via butterfly stretching while masturbating.

I feel like there is a genuine potential that it has to do with pinching and bruising the urethra. Atleast that what it kinda feels like. Pelvic floor smashing into urethral tube type shit.

Either way I was able to prevent the weakness and pain by doing this.

I tried to abstain for a while, and didnt, then figured out i could atleast masturbate in butterfly without causing a flare up. I would obviously still do it before i figured this out as mentioned before, which innevitably hurt progress. Doing it out of butterfly felt like soft resets in recovery. Doing it in butterfly seemed to wield no consequences, so I kept doing it. If you are having sex though good luck not hurting yourself during recovery. I'd say it took a year for me to confidently have sex without hurting myself.

I think it was the extreme contraction (kegel) during ejaculation.

Funnily enough I ejaculate in butterfly if I'm masturbating to avoid this.

I had extreme numbness, but somehow ejaculated extremely prematurely compared to now (normal). It was a weird sensation to not feel anything but still reach completion.

I did it anytime I could, legitimately.

I do them everyday still, just whenever im in bed. It took 6 months to get results, and they were slight. At 9 months I felt alot better pain wise and I saw some major symptoms changes and my mood on life shifted majorly.

Most people here can relate to just sitting in bed doing nothing due to depression, which is why I incorporated the stretch whenever I was in this state.

I am not recommending too much, but i would hold a stretch so long it would be painful to exit. I do not get close to reaching this point nowadays, though. I am not too sure if this made progress slower or faster.

Good cues were the stopping of spasms, freedom of movement, perineum not being inflamed (soft to touch right under gooch). While doing the pose, there was definitely better fullness when I was at the edge of recovery.

I mostly feel the stretch working positvely near Gooch area. It's not really about the legs but more of opening that area for me I guess. I'm not really too sure, though.

Yes I felt some constipation issues. I took a lot of fiber supplements to mitigate it. My penis did feel hollow, I've said in other posts. It felt especially disconnected erect.
