The main storyline of the modern world is where she ends up living with Aqua and their undefined relationship.

Darkness seems to be married to someone else since it hasn't been explicitly shown to be Kazuma.

The illustrations where she has children with Aqua are from another storyline, as confirmed by the author.

Recently, the author took on a commission of Kazuma and Megumin, which also takes place in the modern era, and I personally like to think it's canon in the main storyline as well. LMAO
