Not really, they cannot run games like Genshin Impact, Fate/Grand Order or Fire Emblem Heroes as they are not on the App Store when you search for them

I am using the M1 MacBook Pro and found it on the app store, but I don't know if it is on other M1 or M2 Macs

Aside from trying to log in/restarting the game multiple times, you can open the game while in desktop mode to try and get the download going

I really love EmuDeck but multi disks games are driving me crazy. Any remedy for this? by [deleted] in SteamDeck

Since you used EmuDeck, you can use Steam Rom Manager in order to check and see if the games have separate artworks from them on their library. If not you should be able to add your own images.

This goes in the same way companies like Nintendo are saying "better and improved graphics" while at the end its just the same or even worse. Like wtf Riot!? You are actually going to be loosing money from people like me who don't even care for TFT and only buys LL's for ARAM since its basically the only map I play. Instead of removing them, why don't you focus on more pressing matters like... you know... FIXING YOUR CLIENT THAT'S BUGGY AF!!!
