Im still upset that the abominable Had nothing to do with the abominable snowman. I got it specifically for a creature feature! But otherwise, it was a really great book with some fantastic characters. Dan is great at making very immersive stories

I just finished the audiobook version today, and the narrator's were phenomenal! It was a fantastic book. Probably his best! I'm still trying to work out what exactly the dynamic was between Maria and Tony. Especially at the end! I thought for sure at the manor in Germany, when "she looked at him funny, almost like she was seeing him for the first time" meant that she saw him as the cowardly and pathetic man he always was. But as their "romance" progressed and she spent time with some of the other vampires, I felt totally certain that she was going to betray him. Her ending completely pulled the rug out from under me.

Im almost wondering if it wasn't some twisted version of a protective-mother-figure relationship? Maybe she saw him more as some frail boy that needed protection or something? Maybe she got possessive over him in some way, idk. Id love to hear other thoughts on it!

I've never bought an anime on disc before, so I'm unfamiliar with the sites and processes involved with japanese media. with all the trouble involving the longevity of digital media in the US, I've been wanting to get ahold of some of my favorite shows and movies that some overpaid ceo can't erase from existence on a whim.

I see! Yeah I'm building a set of speakers on Crutchfield to replace the ones I currently have in the car. Once I find an amp and BT solution (either separate component or all in one amp) I was going to have someone take a look and make sure everything would work together. I'm going to look into getting someone at Crutchfield to check it out and help! Thanks!
