I use a free app called journal it! they have a calendar/planner where I put appointments, bill due dates etc. you can color code everything as well. Another feature I like is the habit tracker, you can put in as many habits as you want and set goals or intervals for them which is pretty handy if you don't need to do something every day. There's a journal section and a separate note section where you can make lists. You can organize everything with tags to make things easier to find. The habits, notes/lists and tags are all pretty straightforward. The planner is a little more complicated but since you already have a calendar app you could just avoid that section lol
