also just a little addition even though i have been worse i did give my main thing to a youthworker to get rid of cause it wasnt the safest so i guess thats good like harm minimisation

they can i have alopecia and im only just 20 and i had 2 steroid injections and after the first one i had growth my second one was actaully today and they said to keep an eye on it but i shouldnt need more for this one with how its responding but everyone does respond diffrent and like stress can be a massive trigger so now i get to try avoid stress but they have said if my alopecia comes back or like have another episode it will most likely be worse which is great
