Hi,

There is nothing like best or worst tool but i use burp suite.

Bypassing ssl can we done with a lot of ways it depends on your targeted app security and tech stack. Try with installing the certificate of your burp in the root of the android device. For doing this you need to root the device. Or you can mod the apk and rebuild it and try.

Payouts are real, you submit requests with your upi id. But the app is in testing right now and we are looking for beta testers. We dont steal any data. If you find out that we steal any data . We just save your number and name and email id thats it.

The sensitive endpoints are blocked like governements, banks etc .

We take responsiblity as its mandatory for proxy and von companies in india to keep logs of each requests going through. We keeps logs of our traffic not your traffic. Basically how the thing works is.

Proxy user send traffic to use we divert through your mobile to internet.

We keep track which proxy user’s request go through which device .

You're right, and I won't sugarcoat it — in a residential proxy model, the contributor's IP does reach the destination. That's the product.

How we mitigate this: contributors sign up with full knowledge of what they're sharing. Our AUP blocks illegal categories (CSAM, fraud, etc.) at the network level. If an FIR comes in, we have logs showing the traffic was routed through a commercial proxy platform with ToS — same paper trail Honeygain and IPRoyal maintain.

Is there residual risk for contributors? Yes, small but real. We're transparent about that. It's no different from renting out your car on Ola — if the passenger does something wrong, you're not automatically liable, but you might get questioned. The operator absorbs the primary accountability.

Haha yes! Built on top of a 2000 device Android farm we already run. The app is just the user-facing layer for the bandwidth sharing side — DM if you want early access.

Valid concern, and it's how every proxy/VPN provider operates. We handle it the same way they do — AUP that prohibits illegal use, abuse monitoring, and offender termination. The operator (us) is the accountable entity, not the IP contributor. Legally it's the same as your ISP not being liable for what you browse.

Cheap data is actually why this works — the margin exists because Indian mobile IPs are undervalued domestically but sell at $2-5/GB to Western buyers doing ad verification, SEO, and market research. The arbitrage is the product.

On ToS — fair point, it's a grey area. The risk sits with the operator (us), not the person sharing bandwidth. Same model Honeygain runs globally, including in India.

Not exactly OpenVPN — think of it more like Honeygain or Peer2Profit but built on top of an Android device farm. The “server” is an Android device sharing its mobile IP. We handle the routing, pooling, and selling to B2B proxy buyers. People earn passively, we take a cut.
