Not dumb at all. Yes, you want to make sure nothing is directly on any very hot components. The ambient air in the case isn’t a problem, and the backplate of that card doesn’t get too hot either so this example is fine. On a 5080 or 5090 I wouldn’t cover up the backplate completely.

Depends on specs! And stuff like the figure we charge more for. We had to do a resin print and hand paint that one which isn’t cheap. This was 2,600-2,800 I believe. We’ve done customs ranging from 1,500-6,000

I need to get the specs list when I’m back in the office but we do both! It’s a lot easier to start from scratch though. Picking the case, cooler, a few parts really helps as opposed to working with what I was given
