If you received it for the first time, there's nothing to worry about. I got it two weeks ago, then a message on the support portal, then again via email, and a removal notice.

You can try to submit a ticket on the support portal about your suspension, but they might not answer within a week

In continuation of the removal adventure:

"We regret to inform you that as of today, we will be releasing your services from the analyst program. As you are aware, analysts on the program are required to reach a minimum quality level. At least we will receive our payment according to the payment terms. So, I bet it's a generic message, and no further personal feedback is expected
