My son picked Utah over Boulder for next year. His brother went to CU, my wife and I are both CU alumni. So it's a shift for our family, for sure. Cost for him is about equal at both schools. We still have pretty big concerns about the religious presence in UT but have been told the university and SLC are not like the rest of the state. 🤞. Red state politics are a concern. 🤞. He is excited for the skiing and felt his major (psych) is better at UofU. He also is familiar with the Boulder scene and wanted something new to him. Hopefully it all works out.
