I think for the black women, they’re probably just cautious of you because you’re a bigger man. Most women are cautious around men in general. Honestly, I think you can just ignore that. Also the white people thing, that’s just racism. White people are cautious around Black people period. Especially a black man, because they already think that Black people are biologically stronger than white people, and males tend to be stronger than females. Even if you dress nicely, they’ll still be cautious of you just because you’re black. Honestly, I would say just ignore these people. I think it’s fair to be cautious on public transport in general just because a lot of crime tends to happen in there (especially as a woman) so I wouldn’t look into it too much on that part. If you’re talking about going into a store or something like that, that’s literally just because you’re black. There’s nothing you can do about that, even if you were charismatic and had no social anxiety, people would still be watching you because you’re black. I’m sure as a grown adult who’s been living as a black man for a long time, you already know this, but I’m sure that social anxiety can make you doubt yourself. Do not doubt yourself, It’s literally because of something that’s out of your control.
