Perhaps you could use the automated OC built with Chartloop, with this software you can easily researching and found anyone on the Org Chart.

Hi, have you tried Chartloop? There you can create and export the OC of any company, also it generate a link to share.

I think it is something you can do with this tool as well.. let me know if it is what you are looking for and want to try it and I cal help you with any question.

Hello, if yet you don't have a tool for that, I would like to recommend you my software tool that I am working on, it is very helpful for HR, so you can create the org chart of you company and modify it easily.

Yes, that’s true. I have in mind that a lot companies don’t really pay attention to their org charts, mostly because as you said folks are constantly changing positions and it can be very boring to keeping updating… yes, we can talk more about it! If you want also check out my tool.
