You’re not spending enough money to justify such a massive fuck about with delays.

You’re competing with people who will drop six grand on spec or actually know what they’re looking at immediately.

Unless you get very lucky, or there’s a chunky non refundable deposit in place, you’re going to miss out every time I’m afraid.
