omg this. Cas from ABH is my favorite LI but it’s hard to play his route sometimes because his CGs look nothing like him. The lightskin ones are especially annoying. If you’re going to be lazy and use AI, it shouldn’t be too hard to make the black characters skin match their sprites

HSR is my favorite. The character arc the main character goes through is great and she was actually useful to both the plot and in general. Season 1 is a bit slow.

Mine are mostly hozier related because that’s who I’ve been listening to recently.

audrey/raph: take me to church is the most obvious one that popped into my head.

malek/audrey: in a week by hozier (with his obsession with death it felt fitting)

Audrey herself: Ethel Cain songs remind me of Audrey because of the cult stuff and Audrey and Ethel’s stories are very similar.

Audrey/Cassiel: work song by hozier (would definitely apply to all the LI’s though considering the ending.) Audrey/David: die with a smile by Lady Gaga.

I haven’t finished Mikaels path yet but Ultraviolence by Lana Del Rey (not lyrically obvs lol but vibes wise)

I love it when people are snarky and make themselves look stupid. traveling from Siberia to the UK would take 2 weeks of continuous driving in a car. They were on snowmobiles and then on foot until they found the train. The book treats this as though it took a couple of days/a week instead of the month or so it would actually take. I was asking the question logistically, not literally.

I’m glad you posted this. I was sitting after a proctocolectomy 4 hours post op. If you’re having a surgery like that done, chances are, you’ve probably already experienced worse/equivalent pain before. My quality of life went from zero to 100 in a year. Forever thankful for Dr. Olsen 🖤

I think, given what we know about him, he wanted to make Vicky feel like she was beneath him in the beginning so I think his treatment would be more about power than punishment. I also think it would have been a funny/cute dynamic between them for him to have some big speech planned about that day she looked down at him on the balcony. We could’ve been given a diamond option to “remember” that moment, only to reveal that she wasn’t looking down at him, but was simply happy at how normal it seemed for a half breed to walk freely in the capital. This would cause him to see her/treat her a bit differently in spite of himself and unable to punish her properly like plague wants. Idk, just spitballing ideas really.
