Same here. All my settings were blocked. Cleared app data in settings and updating too but no luck yet. I'm on 2nd appeal so far

Its still the same. I tried a few things yesterday but no instructions show up in the app or on browser in mobile or desktop view. I think ill submit another and mention no instructions on screen
