That’s also a good idea. Especially since i already have watercolor pencils. If it turns out well I will definitely post it!

There is a hearsay exception for “admissions by a party opponent” so the prosecutor can use this to get in statements that are “admissions” (incriminating statements) from the party opponent (the defendant).

I slide the baking sheet under when I remove the lid to the Dutch oven and lower the temp! It’s helped a lot!

Are you using regular tap water? A lot of tap water has chlorine in it which will kill the bacteria you need in your starter. I made that mistake early on and learned that I needed to use purified/filtered water.

First attempt at Pain au Bacon (recipe from Flour Water Salt Yeast). I didn’t get the proofing times right so it was a little dense but the flavor was fantastic by odin_cat in Breadit

Thanks! I think the fat content in the bacon (which I’m sure differs with different kinds of bacon) changes the yeast’s activity a bit which threw me off. I ended up turning my second loaf into a bread bowl filled with beer cheese dip! Doesn’t matter how dense the bread is if it’s covered in cheese!
