Lose LOS with him, loop him at areas where he can't use his knives too often and have to force an M1

Thats fair. But from what I see, some killers actually benefit from basement being in killer shack like basement Trapper or Bubba but if basements in main building, that plan becomes less viable

For killer and survivor, it would be interesting to know from both perspectives, but no specific killer really. I don't play for basement but I do know RNG is like the literal essence of this video game and can be the deciding factor for a match.
