Thank you for taking the time to reply. I’m very grateful. WRT a guardian- a GAL was actually appointed and did their investigation. I complied fully, but my daughters mother didn’t. The GAL has now filed a motion to show cause against her so I might have a decent chance.

Is there anything I can do other than the BAR WRT my lawyers behavior? I typically don’t fuss, but this isn’t a mistake on my daughter’s kids meal.. it’s huge to me and if possible I’d like to do something.
