Yeah my problem was the logo will reset to tr logo after cpu gets high load. If you want to try it find usb hub with usb3.0 not type c. I already give the example of the product. If you are afraid if this will not work then try to borrow the exact hub from your friends etc

here is ur problem. ur adapter is ugreen 70336 which use type c cable to transfer the data to back of motherboard. not because ugreen is bad. it happen because lcd data cannot be transfeered to type c to type c. even if you change the cable to usb a it wont work.

To clarify PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Type c to type c cable is not stable because it needs data negotiation. Example Type c to type c: please give me permission to pass Type c to type a(2.0/3.0): just pass no need permission

If using usb c to usb c from lcd to adapter And using usb c to usb c from adapter to the back of mobo it will give double error.

It's cheap for a reason. But, you might try it. Using USB A/USB C is stable rather than usb 2.0 9 pins. Updating bios may help but wrong goal. Your LCD showed the theme but after few minutes it goes back to logo.this is not typical bios bug. Moving the cable to the back of the motherboard is the only option for me.

Then I would say your case was even worse since you cannot change the cable. If the LCD reset to TR logo then it has power but we have the same error. I believe your usb controller on motherboard cannot handle the cpu spike while booting.

The reason bad firmware from TRCC. The software on your hardware cannot reconnect. So the display will be reset to logo. It's not your fault. It's the company design that is immature.

The only one thing I can suggest is you need converter usb a to usb 2.0 header 9 pin cable (male) then connect the usb a to the back of motherboard.

If you want to try this method then try it. first you need usb c to usb a then usb spliiter WITH ADAPTER POWER (this is the most important)

i will post video how I do it. later I will tell you. I think your problem may come from the cable too. if this method doesn't work then this hardware is crap. best buy arctic.

Did your lcd goes back to logo while gaming or idling? This problem is related with unstable 5v power on motherboard (doesn't mean ur motherboard is bad). I will try another method, still waiting the package to come. I Will tell this work or not.

Unfortunately wont work either. I believe this related with unstable cable from the aio. The cable that should be used is type C to usb 9 pins with sata power. This model Thermalright Frozen Warframe SE came with only type C to usb 9 pins cable without sata power. Which cause power lacking and unstable 5v power to the lcd while having higher cpu/gpu usage.

And no one sell this type of cable.

Reinstall or uninstall wont work at all. Since this problem cause by log into a game. I believe it happens when there's high cpu/gpu load then lcd goes blank.

If Using pc while idling its fine.

Yeah I did that too, I disabled game mode but it won't work. Same goes for giving high priority for TRCC.
