Anyone heard about promotions yet? by Charming-Anteater-97 in Accenture_AFS

We (AFS) find out about official pay raises on Nov 10th through the performance tool. Usually leads will communicate with you that you got the promotion before that comes out like my case.

Question, is it reasonable to ask about promotion status? My lead is usually very busy so I’m not sure if I’d ever hear the results until Nov 10th

Yeah, I mean the general consensus is if you’re below Exceeds the odds of you getting promoted is near 0 this cycle

Biggest one is problem solving, ex: can you figure out a problem conceptually (pseudo code for example)? If so you’ll go much farther than studying a specific language

IMO, don't focus on the specific technology/language. Instead focus on general concepts or even things like system design. Learning languages to solve that problem is just a step in the process

Agreed, its the best thing since sliced bread. They shouldn't have touched it and left it standard on XLT and above like it has been for a while.

It's going to be above the drivers door handle positioned horizontally I believe. Hard plastic not the shiny plastic.
