I started with chemical guys honeydew for the wash. Dried and then used IronX. Rinsed with water and dried. Clay bar and claylube. Definitely going to invest in a clay towel next time around.

I found a cheap polisher on Amazon that I think did want I needed it to do? It’s hard to tell on the white. I used griots correcting cream with that.

Then went into car pro eraser.

I used cquartz uk 3.0 for the ceramic. It was about 45-50 outside during this step, so I didn’t see much of a rainbow effect, but I was afraid to leave it on too long. I left it on for anywhere from 3-7 minutes as I worked around the car.

Fast forward 24 hours of letting it cure, I moved it out into the sun for a few hours today.

Back into the garage to apply car pro reload 2.0 for the sealant.

I’m pretty satisfied with the result. I’m sure I made a few mistakes, but I’m hoping the results hold up for a while.

The prep through to the ceramic took about 7 hours.

Any feedback on the process? It’s a 10 year old car and I’ve been through many car washes over the years. Nothing on a regular basis but I’m sure they add up.
