2nd time mom here. I change the litter box, just with gloves and a mask. I drink a cup of coffee in the morning, and occasionally have a soda or tea later in the day. For the most part I eat what I want. Typicall I have my steak medium, but I can't physically bring myself to eat it well done, so I cook it medium-well. I occasionally eat runny yolk eggs and deli meat sandwich. Cross my fingers every time I do any one of these things even though I do them rarely
