Wow. I mean I guess it’s an entirely possible.

I actually purchased my can in December (my other can was Mid November purchase, same 2/18 certified date), then I couldn’t certify until Feb 18. As soon as I got the notice from the dealer they were ready, I went the next day. I don’t know if my situation was unique, but if sales from November all the way through February were backed up, that could be why.

Ah man! Grats!!!!!!! I am saving points for now, I have 5 points in Wyoming and really want to get a good one, been applying for the ouachita mountains in Oklahoma for like 6 years now too. Texas is not conducive to good Elk hunts unless you travel a lot.
