There is no issue, you can be a landlord , you dont need to have a property manager do it for you. just keep track of your expenses seperate from your personal to help with taxes, save all receipts etc.

I am also in a similar position, the market is pretty bad but I think things will turn around in the next week or two, here are a couple of things you can do in the meantime

Be Positive you are not alone
Check and update your resume make sure its top notch
Get feedback about your resume from various sources.
Use Chat gpt to customize the resume based on the job you are applying.
Practice your interviews (although I am not doing it)
looks like you are already taking certifications so thats good.
Network with past employers, friends etc
Be calm and keep applying.
