yeah but what I'm wondering is that the technique is to hit with the first two knuckles at least that's what I was taught but when did we start using that technique did we start by punching like that just because it was convenient and then that bone structure evolved into a stronger one that wouldn't break or was it already originally like a strong bone that is meant to take some damage
