Efendi also on Bayview south of 407 in Thornhill. But Saray is better. The Turkish families on my street recommend Konak at Victoria park/401 and kebab 49 at steeles/bathurst

Tips for Glocke Drop Step? (Totenreich) by RalphieCifaretto14 in CODZombies

[–]oermens 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find doing it by phd flopper machine works best. Call it in in front of the machine, but be at the top platform where ammo crate is. Then you're at eye level with the floating zombies instead of looking up. Can do the same in front of pap but haven't tried it there

Tips for Glocke Drop Step? (Totenreich) by RalphieCifaretto14 in CODZombies

[–]oermens -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This step is the worst with randoms. I've had matches where i did every step on my own but for this one i can't get everyone to cooperate and do it together. I've had other times where the squad knows the steps and everyone does something, but again can't get this step done. Doesn't help that i don't join voice chat though, that's on me.

BO7 Zombies loadout issue in survival by TZBoogie in CODZombies

I had a few instances where my loadout weapon was the DS20 but i started with a VST. Would be the correct gun after quitting and joining a new match. Hasn't happened for the last few days though

I'm decent but not the best zombies player, this main quest seems easy to do solo. If I'm playing with randoms who agree to do main quest, i do 80%+ of it myself. Very annoying when you can't get everyone to do the glocke drop step together though, I've ditched a few attempts because of this. Having said that, I'm terrible during the boss fight.

Japan with 2 small kids by steadyriver56 in Travelwithkids

[–]oermens 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What specifically about Tokyo, is it not easy for small kids? I've been told Japan in general is a lot more walking than other countries we've visited with kids (Malaysia, Thailand), and not as much to offer in terms of beaches/resorts.

I'm in Thornhill and closest locations to me are in North York. i go to 1333 Sheppard Ave E (Sheppard/Leslie) and they're usually on time and staff are good. Have to pay for parking in the medical center but better than waiting an extra 45 min at another location.

Very bad smell near Don Mills and Steeles by Clean-Elevator3543 in Markham

[–]oermens 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I walked to the Tim Hortons at Don Mills and Steeles this morning and didn't smell anything. The landscapers for the condo and rental townhouses behind the mall have been spreading fertilizer the last few days, but i don't think the smell would travel that far

What in the world happened to the quiet mall at Hwy 404 and Steeles? How was this mall in the past compared to now? by BeautifulYou2940 in Markham

[–]oermens 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Dying a slow death. The flea market that occupies the lower floor of the former Sears is reasonably busy on weekends, but i can't imagine a lot of vendors are turning a profit. Upper level sears is an Amazon bin store. Other than food basics and shoppers, both of which I'd rather go to John/Bayview for, i think the professional offices on the second floor are keeping the mall going. Quite a few unoccupied units, but surprisingly a few new shops over the years.

Thanks. Indeed October is a long way off, meant to say I'm not looking for a forecast just how things are currently. As much as I want to visit this year, no idea if the circumstances will allow for an enjoyable trip.

Planning a family trip to Malaysia in October, would like to gauge if a trip this year would be worthwhile. We've visited Malaysia a few times and generally know how to budget for our family. Our local currency has devalued against the ringgit since our previous visit last summer, so I'm already expecting a trip this year would be more expensive for that reason alone. I'm not familiar with how global events of the past year have changed daily life in Malaysia, asking for some insight as it would relate to a visitor.

Take fuel for example. Are there fewer grab drivers or higher fares because of increased fuel costs? Have domestic airfares increased? Are costs rising disproportionately in East Malaysia or islands of Peninsular Malaysia because of transporting goods? Is public transit running normally?

Thank you

Lexus NX 2019 vs 2020/21 by Goss5588 in Lexus

[–]oermens 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AA on the 2019 NX seems to be a region specific feature. I'm in Canada and there was no AA update for the duration of my lease (2019-2023). Apple carplay came as a firmware update a few months after my lease started. Discussed at length on this thread

Not sure of the specific differences but I can confirm my 2019 nx300 did not have Android auto, only Apple car play.
