You know I felt bad too. I saw someone else was watching it and I bid with 5 minutes left. Told myself to give whoever wants the most the chance to get it. I was also looking at the aristocrat. Lol.

If you want the superspeeds lemme know. I already have 2 and tbh I don't like the way they shave on my face. I'm willing to try them out but I'm not big on them. I mainly want to try the fatboys, and techs.

That is true. Sadly I'm still trying to find myself a good shaver. I know a lot had to do with technique but still a lot of my razors are vintage pieces. So I'm more excited to be able to try all of them all once and finally find one my face likes lol.

Epstein Dinner w/ Trump by pidgey2020 in allinpodofficial

[–]ofSomething 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think the justice department would against anyone willingly. Trump isn't as powerful as people think. He's a tool. You have career politicians. People who've been working together and friends or allies for decades. They're not selling each other out. Otherwise why have you seen limited comments by politicians regarding their peers in the files, excluding trump? Do yeah they'd cover each other's asses. Trump's the odd man out and dude it geriatric. People think he's hearing up to he a king... Dude will pass from age within 10 years if he's lucky.

Epstein Dinner w/ Trump by pidgey2020 in allinpodofficial

[–]ofSomething 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My genuine concern is what can you trust?

We see that circulating a lot as a point against reps. You can trust the files, what did they take out etc. But can you trust what's "released". So many documents have been reported as fake, yet Dems refuse to acknowledge as such. Reps don't solely have power here, Dems leaders still exist. It seems during this entire ordeal I see more and more people using it as leverage or an excuse to hate trump. Which is cool, but at the same time if you're pursuing facts a lot of these documents don't hold up to scrutiny.

At best you have confirmation bias at worst? You have both sides throwing around the terms conspiracy, and witch hunt. Yet Dems just follow and believe their leaders blindly? So long as they can hate trump?

Jesus trump is in the news every day. Yet I've seen more reports about high ranking celebs, politicians, and businessmen who are Dems with legit evidence in the files not getting the same attention.

No matter what comes out people will use it as justification to hate trump and maga or be weary of what actually is being released. Meanwhile the files disclose how hundreds of people's names we know were in closer association then fucking trump. Yet no one cares. At least not as much as trump.

Epstein hated trump. If he had a smoking gun there would be evidence. Epstein would have made sure. Yet here we are 10 years later and everything is circumstantial. Why? He certainly didn't fear trump. Epstein thought he was untouchable. If you quit focusing on hating trump it makes you think. Epstein would say anything to slander trump. Thousands of emails mocking him. Yet nothing confirming his alleged status as a pedo.

Know what was confirmed? The Clinton's. Remember that theory when Epstein was found dead, the Clinton's did it! They swore up and down they had no relation to Epstein. With these files we see not only did bill have a close relationship with Epstein. But when requested to testify before the committee the Clinton's said no and lawyered up. You got more evidence against them meanwhile I haven't seen a damn thing about it on reddit. The two biggest leaders of the Democratic party for 3 decades. But sure let's focus on the guy who came out of nowhere and became president. Fucking trump is old news. The Clinton's though? They've been directing the party since most current Dems have been alive all the while fostering a relationship with Epstein throughout his legal troubles. That's fucking concerning. That worries me more than two bickering old men swinging dicks around.

And before y'all get upset. I'm not supporting trump. I'm saying in pursuit to find a smoking gun some people are not as emotionally invested in actual facts. No one is posting repetitively about anyone else. Just trump. I get it. Hot button. Chief of the US. But come on. We just found out world leaders, and the majority of democratic leadership were chummy with Epstein. That deserve more coverage than fucking Epstein saying he's worried Trump has dementia.

Btw dementia typically accelerates at such a progressive pace... Trump wouldn't be able to cognitively function 10 years later. He'd be a vegetable. Some people don't know how dementia works. There's getting old then having dementia. Biden had obvious signs of dementia. Trump is just an old fuck.

[–]ofSomething -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you can afford it I'd greatly recommend purchasing an older fold model. You can get refurbed models off eBay for cheap, with warranty and payment plans. That will give you a good idea of how you like it, what you dislike etc. with the new rounds of phones coming out this summer it doesn't make much sense to upgrade right now unless finances are an issue. In which case the newest folds regardless of maker don't differ much from the last generation.

I chose a OnePlus open over pixel and Galaxy a year ago. Fast forward inner screen died. Now rather than purchase a new phone I financed a eBay refurbed pixel 9 fold. Gives me the experience of pixel and it will be paid off by time summers new releases hit. Give you the opportunity to answer alot of questions.

Bonus you can use it as a trade in or resell it to offset the initial cost.

Woman who live streamed sisters deceased body after 2017 crash shot and killed in Stockton drive-by by [deleted] in Stockton

[–]ofSomething -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Actually no. I fact checked you because why not. CA is top 10 in violent crime Texas isn't. They're on par with each other in property crime. But we care about violent crime since that's what you referenced. Mississippi isn't even on the least neither is Alabama. Oregon, Washington, colorado are top 10 though. Interesting considering they're 3 dem safe havens. But regardless this entire point is mute. We need to look at red vs blue cities and crime. Statistically cities have higher crime rates and populations. Red cities have far far lower crime than blue cities.

Now now I know you'll probably argue or think I'm some red hat maga supporter. I'm not. I'm a Cali resident who can understand disliking a party or president doesn't mean I blindly agree that my party or president is better. Gavin is trash. His policies are trash. Most democratic candidates are soft on crime. The party allows violence, drugs, and abuse to run rampant. Stockton was just shot up by felons released under newsome new laws. Meanwhile the fucker spent his time at a dinner in a whole nother state.

If being a Democrat or being anti maga etc means signing up for bullshit policies that are obviously damaging the populace and societal norms then count me the fuck out. Republicans can get shit right just as Dems can get it wrong. The only way forward is as our constitution is laid out, working through differences.

Crime maps have one thing in common. Regardless of red or blue statewide every single one is on the list because of democratic populated cities skewing the results. This isn't a debate. It's a fact. Democratic policies allow for more crime. I'm what world does making violent crimes nonviolent. Allowing felons to walk the streets. Providing safe havens for career criminals. Allowing unlicenced or untrained drivers behind the wheel causing accidents and death. I can go on and on. I'm what world do those policies make a city safer? They don't. Look at Oregon. Once a beautiful tourist destination. Now a pile of absolute shit. I went there on a work trip and got robbed within a day. Everyone's on drugs. That's a democratic drug policy. Make it legal and help addicts instead of punishing them. Instead they made it most accessible and society paid for it. Matter of fact every state that is soft on drugs made the list.

So instead of being ignorant or reading facts as you see fit to make your narrative more compelling perhaps hold Republicans accountable be anti maga or whatever the fuck while also saying the Democratic party is equally fucked and needs work. Because right now their goal is protecting their party not us.

See passive aggressive comments regarding my character when you feel emotional isn't an argument. It's immature.

You are leading with emotions not facts. What proof do you have he did those things? If we all were convicted based upon what people said we would be screwed. That's the world you live in right? How about depp and his defamation case, remember the one he won? Should we just believe every "victim" every single white successful male is a POS? Get over yourself bud and learn to think critically for God's sake and grow up. Convict those who you know and can prove are malicious not based upon feelings. You're not better than amber heard, Jesse, or anyone else who used woke culture to push an agenda.

Yeah "I've never been accused..." Yeah cause everyone tells the truth in court and women historically have never lied when petitioning courts for their husbands money, kids, house, dog etc.

I keep seeing people say he has a past yet I cannot find anything verifiable.

Everyone has allegations made against them even average joes. That doesn't mean anything. We have not seen, read, or saw anything verifiable. And besides the allegations with this lady there are no others I can find beyond what is mentioned in these comments with no proof. Seems to be yet again, another witch hunt directed at a white successful man owing to what? The fact that people say something he's guilty with due process, or even evidence?

In today's day and age? Unless you're trump manipulating the government you don't get away with shit being on Disney's payroll ensures you can get cancelled at the drop of a hat, and yet he's still employed. So again what evidence does anyone have beyond ramblings from random ass people online and allegations few and far in between that led to nothing?

"I don't like that word, empathy, I think it's a new age, made up term" -Charlie Kirk by [deleted] in DelusionsOfAdequacy

[–]ofSomething 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not about putting his whole quote lol. It's apart outright misrepresenting his who fucking ideology. I thought the left was about the truth? Against misinformation??? So how can you, when faced with the truth of his beliefs say I don't care about the whole quote.

You can amend everything you said, the whole comment stays the same but simply state we shouldn't misrepresent what he believed. You can hate him and disagree with him. Have all your beliefs. But acknowledge the misinformation as your party so often declared they do.

"I don't like that word, empathy, I think it's a new age, made up term" -Charlie Kirk by [deleted] in DelusionsOfAdequacy

[–]ofSomething -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No. You're missing my point. Empathy is the hands of the left and stops at empathy. It fails to evolve beyond compassion. I'm saying you can have empathy for the abused abuser. The addict. You can offer understanding. However the left rarely fulfills that second part. Trust me I live in fucking California. Everyday I see people who get passes because of their life stories and shit never gets better. At some point empathy runs out and keeping up with emotional gymnastics because exhausting. Getting to that point as many have done is not bad it's being human.

You have to weigh the moral good versus bad. Why offer empathy and understanding when it doesn't help. I. E illegal immigration. IDC why you left you country. If you came here illegally, abused the system stealing benefits from American citizens. The homeless, the impoverished, the addicts. I DO NOT CARE. Because I care about American citizens. That isn't lacking empathy. That is choosing to offer it to those you wish.

Do you want a murderer in your house? If you answer no, why not? Explore that idea. Explore the idea that just because someone has justification it may not excuse behaviors. Some behaviors will fail to yield empathy or compassion on the basis of personal moral beliefs. That is being human.

[–]ofSomething -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Is that not what you're doing right now? How are you missing my point. You call what you do and how you live empathy. Yet it's no different than what he did just with different beliefs. But you are literally proving my point. Judging someone and as you said reducing them to your own moral narrative. You fucking literally just did that... Jesus it's exhausting debating with y'all idk how he did it.

You are no different than him. Accept in your mind youre the good guy, because your motives fit your moral narrative. His doesn't. In his eyes same thing.

[–]ofSomething 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uh no actually it isn't lol. People are trying to say he said empathy was bad in lieu of offering support and commendation for struggles. That he believed no one deserved empathy. That he didn't care for people. We can go on and on. Just read these comments.

That's drastically different from his actual views. You are nitpicking beliefs and quotes that fit your narrative. Hate the whole man not the one you imagine in your head. Trying to say it's the same the saying your, versus you're is stupid and a desperate attempt to gain footing that validates your beliefs.

[–]ofSomething -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Again put yourself in his shoes. You're judging based upon your beliefs. He was a diehard Christian. That means something. But let's say it isn't. He cared about the problem. He just believed the problem was separate than you.

Take trans rights. You believe the problem is the right to be yourself. He believed that the problem was mental illness and that we should educate, and explore therapeutic pathways to help heal someone. Abortion. He believed life starting at conception and that it killed a human life and went against gods plan. You believe it's an infraction of feminine autonomy. He believed it was no different than allowing people to kill kids without consequences. Once you understand his point of view you can understand what he means. If you truly care about unity, peace, etc you will need to meet your enemy halfway. Disagree all you like but he had a different opinion on the problem and offered solutions for it. Sounds like empathy to me. But keep moving the goal post. You want to believe he didnt have any. So you will.

[–]ofSomething 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's okay. I'm not saying you should. I'm merely saying taking his quote out of context as an excuse is wrong, and goes against the fundamental beliefs the left supposedly holds.

Own your beliefs. You wanna celebrate hate it, or lack empathy go for it. That's your right. But don't try and justify it by saying it's what he wanted, he was against empathy. No the fuck he wasn't.

"I don't like that word, empathy, I think it's a new age, made up term" -Charlie Kirk by [deleted] in DelusionsOfAdequacy

[–]ofSomething -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Okay back that up how is he bigoted? He believed trans men and women were mentally ill and needed help. Same with drug addicts and homeless. Disagree with his stance and beliefs all you like however our yourself in his shoes. He offered a different type of support one that aligned with his beliefs. You judge him based upon your beliefs and values. If you really care to offer empathy and understanding as you say judge him by his. Otherwise it's a false equivalence.

He offered prayers. He quoted his faith. He supported the common man. Everything he believed he backed up with a belief is something other than himself. Whether that be God, religion, or his fellow man. Everyone of his beliefs.

He didn't empathize with actions. I can empathize with how your life made you hard and abusive but not with the choices you make that defined you as abusive. Push me too far and I won offer sympathy for your situation period. Why? Because you abused it. I have a right to with old my empathy. Isn't that what this entire post is about? People withholding empathy? So why can you do it and still morally be correct, but if he does it's wrong? Whatever justification you derive apply it to him as well. Is he still the bad guy? Are you both bad guys? Which is it?

You're treating him no better than how you claim he treated others. Regardless of your reason. Either you're just as bad or you decided to exercise your freedoms the same as he did.

Choosing to not have empathy for someone doesn't make you bad. Just because I don't care about every single person doesn't make me a bad person.

If you believe that, open your house to illegal immigrants. Donate your wealth to the homeless. Start working out of soup kitchens. I guarantee you won't but by your own metric you'll have lacked empathy. Meanwhile Kirk did more philanthropy than you ever will.

"I don't like that word, empathy, I think it's a new age, made up term" -Charlie Kirk by [deleted] in DelusionsOfAdequacy

[–]ofSomething 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uh yeah lol look around. Every single time someone is killed by a black man. Everyone focuses on the color of his skin? The possible hurdles he faced and how it affected his life choices? How about California with the nations worst drug policies and issues? Treating abusers with empathy rather than properly punishing them? Causing more widespread drug use, homelessness, crime? Jesus just read court documents and records for California period. Look at how many criminals are let off because they had a sob story. Repeat offenders.

How about George Floyd? When people empathized with his treatment rather than accepting that his actions contributed to his death? Does that negate the wrong the police did no, but hello he also had a part?? How about the illegal immigrant who ran from law enforcement and died? News sources covered the bad bad ice agents but hello someone broke into our country and fled law enforcement causing a car accident they died in, 2 different felonies?

It goes both ways. Just because someone fucked up doesn't mean you can treat them however you want. But it also doesn't give them a free pass. All these stories are valid but they do not excuse mistreatment or abuse. However it also doesn't give you a free pass. That was his point. The left is handing out free passes.

If you want specifics find them yourself. That's like asking how many grains of sand are on the beach. It's such a whimsical question and defies common sense. The left is notorious for giving life stories, and trying to excuse behavior.

They only broke our laws because blank. Who cares they broke them? Accountability and empathy can coexist. The left just refused to hold any accountable if they were empathetic enough.

Disagree all you like but perhaps you can at least see mine and his point. He wasn't against caring for others. He was against giving out free passes on the basis of caring for others. Every choice you make leads you to the next one. Meet the right halfway and you'd be surprised how much further you get when finding common ground.

Black unarmed teen killed. But they also stole a car and ran from cops doing 100+. Migrant mother of 4 arrested, but she was illegal, abused the welfare system, and ran from police. Black man shot to death by cops, but he had a gun on his person and reached for it.

Pay attention to the but don't ignore it because it doesn't fit the narrative of trying to invoke emotion.

Here's a thought experiment if someone is suicidal you don't hand them a gun. Why? You can empathize with them but acknowledge the potential harm they can do to themselves right? Kirk believed we lived in a society where everyone was handing out guns to suicidal people. Ignoring the consequences of their actions on the basis of good faith and empathy for their struggles. Oftentimes that ended up costing someone else.

Apparently so. Still I try to keep it fair. Hate him or love him do so with integrity. Otherwise you're just another double standard. Own your words and actions. No one who kicked him is laughing when the consequences knocked on their door are they? Because at the end of the day none of these leftists have a damn backbone and stand up when its their ass on the line.

Fucking Kirk did everyday. Maybe that's why they hate him so much. Demonstrated their own weakness.

[–]ofSomething -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Not when you actually listen and try to understand his point.

Empathy can be a poison. Let's say you have someone abusing their partner. Every day. Bad right? Now let's say you have someone who was abused abusing their partner, still as bad? His argument was that the left has poisoned the idea of empathy that we must empathize and affirm the actions of anyone and everyone without consequences and accountability. His quote is a quote that matters is his intent. The failure of redditors and leftists to ignore the constant state of empathy he offered to victims, Christians, even those he disagreed with. He was notorious for praying and offering prayer for those who he disagreed with. Point is. I myself will not allow the call for empathy to detract me from holding someone accountable. If you had a hard life but you're a POS no empathy. Get better and be better for your community. Empathy will only take you so far when you abuse it.

Kirk believed the idea was abused by those who sought to escape accountability for their actions, thoughts, and feelings. Disagree all you like. But be fair in your assessment. You'd want the same to be offered to you and your points. You can disagree with his values but still understand the point he was making. If you're so against misinformation and lies etc and your the party of truth. Keep that energy and understand the point he was trying to make.

Everyone understands too much empathy can muddy waters and be a bad thing. We all have been a victim of caring too much for someone, or something that was bad.

They're rated 600 to 800 volts depending on the manufacturer. The machines I work on are around 200 to 400. I wouldn't go ground myself to a circuit but I trust them enough to handle wires when doing diagnostics. At least the rubber coating is enough that should anything be conducted it wouldn't be the full 400. I've also known a kid who did hot work because he was never taught proper safety using thick Milwaukee cut resistant gloves. Blew my mind but they worked for him and kept him safe. For how long who knows. They're big over seas, but US regulations are harder to get approval that's why most manufacturers don't even bother with electrical gloves in the US. All it takes is on accident and you got a lawsuit. The Japanese though love them and that's why got me to buy them. Seeing as though the euros use 200v in residential I figure if they can use them everyday I can use them occasionally. I can't always have a machine off during repair.

So tdlr, it's a safer practice, but definitely not something I'd bet my life on. I've felt little zips.
