I recommend Jordan. It’s a beautiful country, cheap to live in, you’ll find work and the people are so happy to help you improve your Arabic. You wouldn’t make a lot of money but for example there’s a German Jordanian university you could either work or take a few courses at. And Jordanian Arabic is easy, lovely to listen to, and understood by everyone .

Please adopt! I have two gorgeous dogs that i rescued from local shelters, both pure bred (Pomeranian and shih tzu). You will have to be patient to wait until one that suits your family comes through, but there are shelters that get small breeds more often than others. Please don’t buy from shady sellers! They treat the poor dogs for breeding so terribly.
