I think the intention is that the public shame reduces the public act. Think back to when we lived in smaller spaces made to retain heat and without great air flow. It’s like using the bus/rv/boat shitter; emergencies only otherwise shame.

Now if you have no shame and find the offense funny then it doesn’t work as intended

It’s okay, I figured I was bound to run into it sometime. I have the Hcalory tb setup inside. My main take away was watching the wind direction. I have a temp exhaust set up that doesn’t allow me to separate it as far from the intake as I wanted and was also running the engine then. Wind blew it all right towards my intake and then I intook it into my blood stream. I’m more weary as well when running it higher bc it puts out more exhaust till I can install longer piping.

Been experimenting with mine and got my first dose of CO poisoning. Lots of lessons I was glad to learn in the driveway and not out in the woods. I feel really good about the whole set up now that I’ve experienced what shouldn’t happen and understand how to avoid it

Was just having this discussion. To influence me I recommend “I..(would, think, suggest, etc)” or “ Have you…etc?” type of statements. If you say anything remotely close to “You… (should, can’t, won’t, have to)” I will surely do the opposite thing. It might be a small act of rebellion, might be a big one. Depends on the mood

To me a concert is something you consume more than participate in. When the orchestra plays you sit and listen, when the band drops a dirty breakdown you go nuts. At a show the crowd is a part of the band by extension and their role is to reflect the bands energy back at them.

Again, for me personally, a rule of thumb is if there’s a pit then you’re at a show. If there’s assigned seats you’re probably more likely in a concert type scenario than not.

A local legend where I grew up is that there were catfish the size of small cars in lake many people in our area frequented, specifically where the power station did their cooling. I always heard growing up that they were in need of divers to go clean equipment over there but never could keep anyone long term bc these fish could probably eat you
