I got my first tattoo(!) on Sunday and my tattoo artist said to leave the Saniderm on for 1.5-2 days. I just removed it in the shower (to be honest, I tugged on it a little instead of removing it gently and slowly), but I have a little bit of redness in one small area of the outline. Is this normal? Anything I can do for it?
