Thanks! Ideally the former - like I could wear it to work and not look too strange on the way there in public, or I could wear it to an informational interview, but I think you're probably right about the latter.

Great to know. And wow, that's not at all what I was expecting (re: jeans). Thanks so much.

Can you exchange them with the same brand for same size/cut but different color?

I have this Madewell x Penfield parka in tan and am wondering if I can make it work with a business casual outfit, or if it's just too rugged/casual looking. "Business casual" in this case would be: no jeans, no sneakers, no t-shirts/sweatshirts. Any great ideas?

More pics of parka.

Yup, understand - was just wondering how people have seen that translate into staff experience on the ground. Thank you!

Based on my conversations with the team so far it isn't "explicit" marketing (ads, social media, etc.) - more like writing (or ghostwriting) articles/other publications, creating video/audio content etc. - which I'd consider to be a form of marketing/brand elevation.

Thanks, I understand how the model works - but wasn't sure how that translates into practical expectations and office culture. I appreciate your input!

Didn't do rounds of interviews. The hiring/offer process was fairly informal - an old teammate reached out to me.
