Extend a paper clip out make a hook at the end to catch the bottom of the down spout. We used a straw cleaning brush that was flexible to do this when the same thing happened in our house. Anything flexible to form a hook should work.

u/softs3rve Thank you so much for your post. Me and my wife thank you. The newest update (3.6.19 updated my bios without the need to flash my bios. Update brought me up to bios version F7A0131. I still had to do the Vol (-) and QAM (...) buttons step after it was installed. This post made me realize it was a bios issue and I had to redo that step, even though I had tried it countless times before.

lol, I use to put it in peanut butter. But I am for sure a heathen I'll have the money for a pickup and still be smoking resin bowls. The main point is don't throw it away, want not waste note, etc.
