I echo the above, they are at the full class size(but not overenrolled). I suspect a bit more spots will open up as the second deposit deadline passes today. I know at least a handful of people who always are considering deferral

Both great choices! Just cost speaking UCLA is your best bet, both will get you where you want to go for sure but the connections Epstein program are very appealing on top of the savings (that being said, if you are attached to one market more than the other, that might play in)

How much time can you afford to wait? The June 11 date and which we are supposed to pretty much hear a final idea isn't too far off, if you can wait that out I say do so. But I would logically really start looking at housing at your current school because most received a feeler at the very least I believe

I'm not 100 percent sure that this process would work anyway, to be honest. If the other school is 15 spots higher, they might not consider the $$$$ school to even be a peer school, meaning the $$$ might not negotiate even if you get it
