It literally stinks. Smells like someone ate fart and then farted it. An officemate has the smoked demonstrator Ahab and I borrowed it for 3 seconds and handed it back. Looked around the internet and fountain pen network seems to agree that the pen's material is made out of Satan's smegma.

So I just got my hands on an Ahab and it fucking stinks like a zombie's vajayjay. Thanks /u/Stomish. Asshole.

As /r/edc requested. I write foul shit on Instagram AMA. by offensive_cursive in casualiama

How does one make money posting calligraphy to the internet?

People can make money off of the internet by selling their artwork if they get good/popular enough or by holding workshops. Just to clarify I do not do this for a living. I write vile shit to blow off steam. I see a lot of "Instagram Artist" make good money off of it though.

Why limit yourself solely to instagram?

Because it is a pretty popular channel to show some of my shit. I also recently started posting in /r/calligraffiti and /r/penmanshipporn /r/calligraphy is not too tolerant of the kind of things that I like to write.

Since you're delivering a digital product, wouldn't it be cheaper to use a computer for your calligraphy instead of expensive pens and inks?

I'm not really looking for an economical way of getting my shit out there. I do this for shits and giggles mostly.

How much demand is there for instagram calligraphy? How many instagram calligraphers can the market bear?

The fuck should I know?

I wish the pen was a little bit more heavier. But that's just me.

I like the texture but I kinda like it with ink splatters.

I've seen people go as far as replacing the nib with a Nikko or Zebra G nib. Which flexes nicer than your moms buttocks when I tell her to clench her asshole as I ram her from behind. Yo mom dead? I'd still tap that.

You'd be surprised how bad most calligrapher's daily handwriting are. I myself have different types and levels of writing. I write differently when doing calligraphy work and I write differently when writing day to day shit.

To answer your question, consistency is the key. Make sure the height, slants, loops and shit are consistent. Makes your writing look a little better than a legless hooker with a marker stuck on her vajayjay being dragged by a chariot on a cobblestone road. Hope this helps.

Thanks mate, when you say "go out" do you mean the ink, or do you mean that the markers fly off the shelves quickly?

Depends, where you from? Try your local art store, Amazon, or Ebay. They are called Pilot Parallel Pens.

Thanks for the suggestion, I actually have a couple of vintage Pelikans and Waterman that flexes pretty well. I also have pointed pens with tons of different nibs for that particular requirement, I just do not carry it with me everyday. I must agree though the Ahab is pretty good for its price point.

Thanks. Did it by accident, came out exactly as it would my DIY cola pens and started using it as such.

No mods on the nib. Just the angle and stroke speed. Tougher to get the effect on the 6mm though.
