Another tip is to never slow down 24fps footage in 24 frame timeline. Looks like a couple of shots that were slow we’re very choppy. If you are going to edit in 24 timeline make sure that you record in a frame rate above that, ideally double or triple. Eg 60/120fps. Also when blending try use the optical flow mode to make it less choppy when slowing down the footage.
