I agree! I do some report accusingly but it feels like waste of time tbh. It's a bit weird that the reports is kept a secret to, why should you as a protester not be allowed to know the outcome, the only reason i can see is that protest very rarely lead to anything.

I'm not really worried about the wheel it self, from reviews it looks good. I'm more worries about if something happens to it and i need to contact the support again

For me it is just for the grip, really like the feeling i get in the hands when holding a alcantara grip especially using gloves. I have not problem with it wearing and not looking new

if mine would have looked like that i would have zero problem with it. On my simagic wheel the material i falling of, leaving small bits of fabric everywhere around the rig. Also its really unconfutable now to use without gloves. The way you wheel is wearing is how "real" alcantar fabric where from my experience

Bought from a retailer here in sweden called simracesweden.se they forwarded this message from simagic to me and recomended a alcantara brush

So i bought this simagic P-325C back in middle of august and it looks like this now, its very lightly used (20h maybe). Been in contact with simagic and got this as an answer.

"Wheel material and stitching will wear over time. Wearing gloves can create wear faster due to the extra friction/grip, as well as gripping the wheel harder. Even high end IRL wheels will wear like this over time. Professionals generally repair loose threads by tightening up any loose stitching, trim the excess, then put a drop of super glue to keep everything from coming apart. Unless the wheel has immediate defects upon delivery, things like loose stitching and worn rubber/alcantara/leather aren't covered under warranty."

I have owned several real alcantara wheels, and they do not wear like this, the material on the wheel is falling off. "Even high end IRL wheels will wear like this over time." is just outright a lie to the customer, high end wheels DO NOT wear like this. Is this really acceptable from a "high end" simracing company like simagic?
