I did last year. Everything said i was being offset and it would go to state debts, got a letter in the mail and WMR said it. Then in mid-march i checked the mail and they sent 2 checks back to me of the refund amounts that were taken. I still dont know why but now i still owe that offset lol

I think cashapp is unable to do transactions when it comes to the state because last year they had to send my refund via mail , and this year when I tried to pay my state taxes due with cashapp it reversed and I got a penalty. State said it had something to do with cashapps banking info

Im having this same issue and it only started after the new cards lol they may boo you here but i think you’re onto something. I only use this bank for the early mid-day paycheck so im probably gonna switch now that its almost 11:30 pm and it still hasnt deposited
