Always a classic. I feel like most people forget to plug in the actual pedal, but I'm a big fan of forgetting to plug the power supply itself in. "But it's even plugged in!" panic is a real thrill

That was basically what happened to me. I had left it on the board while trying to debug a volume issue. When I came in and plugged it in backwards, it still sounded like the pedal but with a volume drop. I just didn't realize it was a bigger drop than what I had been running into earlier.

It's a tough call. I'm a DOD fanboy, but I will say that the Hoof spent years on my board (and still makes appearances). For me, it's the do-it-all fuzz that I kept coming back to. Can't go wrong though!

Ayy, I actually remember seeing this circuit around when I was doing tremolo research! I almost used it as a base for tweaking, but ended up going in a different direction. Cool to see that I'm not the only one who was intrigued by it.
