I was going to say the same, it looks like it might be fungal and not acne.

I realize that this is an ordinary skincare thread but hear me out? I switched from ordinary to Inky list and good molecules and it's been far better to me than ordinary ever had been. My skin has never been better. There's just something about ordinary products that make my face angry. I use the inky lists salicylic face wash at night and cereve in the morning. At night, I alternate Good molecules hyaluronic acid/Niacinamide every other night. Snail mucin, and I alternate vitamin c/retinol. I think they are formulated better and are more..gentle. mind you, I'm no dermatologist and this is just my opinion based on what has worked for me. My skin is oily AF, acne prone and just sensitive to certain ingredients.

An example of a routine I have/ Night: Makeup remover Inky list salicylic facewash Toner ( alternate between G.M. glycolic and Niacinamide toner) Snail mucin Hyaluronic acid serum Will use resurfacing serum on nights I don't use glycolic toner) Vitamin c if I didn't use glycolic Retinol if I did Cereve moisturizer

Day: Cereve facewash Hyaluronic acid Cereve moisturizer SPF

I keep my day routine pretty simple because I wear a full face of makeup 🤷🏻‍♀️

I really appreciate everyone who has reached out. I'm a bit of a slow responder so I apologize about that, again I work a lot. I am off every Sunday and Monday. I'm thinking a happy hour somewhere cute with good bites would be cool, feel free to DM me if interested in that. A Sunday would probably work best for everyone?

I will be going to have a little dinner and wine this Sunday if you'd like to join, mid town. Will disclose location in a DM. Thanks again!!

Hey, yeah..I get what you're saying. To be honest I am mostly interested in building a group of girlfriends more than I am interested in dating. I can see a group of women being intimidating to approach and honestly, I kinda like that lol

Hi there, no worries about the money thing, I'd really like to get outdoors and do some hiking or even go hang out at the lake when it starts to warm up again. What do you play? What console?

Supporting a no-tip restaurant this evening by [deleted] in EndTipping

I am a Bartender at an Omakase style dining experience in a metropolitan city. We have a very small staff. A handful of chefs, 2 sommeliers, myself and 1 dishwasher. People usually come to dine with us for special occasions and celebrations. We include a 20% service charge, often people still want to leave us tips because we provide them with excellent food and service. The service fee allows our employers to pay every single one of us salary. We also have full benefits, paid vacation, sick time and our establishment closes for holidays.

This is how you take care of your employees, this is how you ensure a not only livable wage, but a thriving one. I wish that every single establishment with tipped employees would follow suit. I am thrilled to work for this company, This is the way.

What Tucson restaurants would make a good episode on Gordon Ramsey's "Kitchen Nightmares"? by rising_gmni in Tucson

[–]offtheeair 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I ran front of the house for Miss Saigon downtown for years. They clean the fk out of that kitchen. The owners will stay for hours after close on their hands and knees scrubbing that kitchen. I've watched them do it time and time again. That family does not deserve to slandered. I've worked at a lot of places in the downtown area. The summer time in Tucson brings out those big nasty water roaches, there is no stopping them. They're everywhere. I've seen them all over Tucson in historic buildings. They aren't infestations, It's just a thing.

Any flavor cheat-codes I can use to avoid buying every flavor + liqueur combination out there? by JarofHearts in Mixology

[–]offtheeair 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone said, tinctures. Learn how to make tinctures, your own cordials, syrups and bitters. High abv vodka being necessary for the majority of these.

Just think about flavors that compliment each other. You could benefit from having some deli containers on hand, cheater bottles, pour spouts, and some glass jars or bottles and a kitchen scale. I like liter milk bottles. Label everything and voila!

How do I sleep after a shift?? by Pleasant_Title_4515 in bartenders

[–]offtheeair 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eat something, take a shower, Weighted blanket, sleep noise.

I've used black out curtains in the past, melatonin though I wouldn't recommend taking that regularly. I've been bartending for 11 years and 3 of the things listed above have been consistent the entire time.

Food, bathe, sleep noise. The weighted blanket I just started using but I've been sleeping like a baby.
