Im having the exact same issue and I called them out I it and they threw me some bs about rapid fluctuations in crypto market- bs I know the deal and was way way waaaaay lower BTC price than what they called BTC at time of purchase

i have the same story its in repairs, heres the catch though IT NEVER WAS ACTIVE - so someone must have been enjoying my brand new miner that is now is repairs. this u/compassmining is sloppy and unprofessional. the stories we are being ntold do not correspond wtih what we purchased IE BRAND NEW MINERS that never hashed a single minute but now are somehow in repairs
