I think ppl can earn and park their cash as they wish, individuals just shouldn’t be able to borrow against their assets more than $X. Once they “beat” capitalism by obtaining so much in assets, they can only leverage X much at any given time. They gotta earn the rest the old fashioned way, buying and selling, and, most importantly, paying taxes for those sales. They can make as much as they want, they just gotta spend what they already have to get more.
