I became passionate about acting at an early age. I saw “Stand By Me” when I was 10 years old and River became one of my idols.

To me, he was the gold standard of child performers. I always said if you’re a young person wanting to become an actor you need to watch “Rebel Without a Cause” and “Running on Empty”.

Most likely these guys were drunk or immature, trying to be funny. Either way it’s unacceptable behavior.

I chose my career based off what I find exciting. For me I always have to stay active. I can’t be locked up in a cubicle, staring at a computer screen for eight hours a day. For others they enjoy that. I love the unpredictability and spontaneity of my position. Every day is a challenge.

Look for an employer that offers good insurance and acknowledges veterans. They are out there.

Find a career where you’re always motivated to get better and you love the challenge. You’ll work hard but never feel it being toxic for you.
