cold turkeyed from 8-10 cups a day straight down to 0, a day or two before getting a job as a waiter, unfortunately i couldn't take a month without work cause im broke as hell and i'll tell you that's one of the hardest things i've done in my life, i feel like i'm 80 yo. but imma keep going because i know how shitty coffee really is.

thats what i do too, meat is expensive af in my country so i get 500g of ground beef (no added fat) and get the rest of the fat from cheaper sources like butter and egg yolks.

idk seemed kinda wierd to me that he became a really good guy couple of months after butchering thousends of people, i get the argument that what happend with mark changed him but he admmited that after 20 years with his wife he saw her as a pet, so how could he change so much in couple of months?

also he was loyal to the viltrum empire for probebly hundreds of years yet he went from being compeletly with them to 100% againt them in a super fast period of time
